Steamed lobster with hollandaise sauce and asparagus

Composé of raw fish and tartare of tuna

Scallops grilled au thyme, ratatouille flavoured with “Zibibbo” and mushrooms

Foie gras torchon, flavoured with figs, stewed pears, fennel and walnuts 

Pan of quail eggs with white truffle


First dishes

Cream of lobster with rye bread 

Maltagliati with mullet bottarga, pistachios from Bronte, sea-bass, limoncino

Risotto with heart of lettuce, champagne and scallops

“Tagliatelle” with fondue, black truffle of Norcia and crumble of hazelnuts

“Paccheri di Gragnano” with lobster and cherry tomatoes

For the evening of December 31, 2021, we have coordinated the following options:

• Grand Soirée Menu: 4 courses chosen by the customer, including dishes based on: fish, meat, game and shellfish. € 320.00 per person, drinks and wines included – Selected labels + open bar + Champagne for midnight and NCC shuttle service for the return.

• Grand Soirée 4-course menu chosen by the customer, including dishes based on: fish, meat, game and shellfish. drinks apart – € 250.00 per person.

• ‘A la carte’ menu at the dehors from 7.15pm to 10.30pm (at 10.30pm the table is free of people) – If guests want to stay for the New Year celebrations, a supplement of € 100,00 will be applied – per person.

• Wine-bar per person € 100.00 – includes a bottle of Champagne, for two people + saucer of cotechino with lentils at midnight and Christmas friandises

The musical entertainment consists of a live session, starting from 21:00, by Maestro Ciro Mautone, who will alternate between guitar and piano and with a DJ set for midnight, ending the evening at the wine bar on the guitar. with all the Neapolitan repertoire

At midnight, to respect the Roman tradition, cotechino with lentils will be served.
